You can speak from your truest self beautifully and gracefully.

You can be heard.
You can be seen.
You can be cared for.
Dear teacher, I would like my child to be seen and feel safe during recess. How might this be possible?
Dear partner, I would like your help with something.
Dear child, right now, I need our home to feel like a quiet sanctuary for 5 minutes, would you please help me with that? I’ll set a timer so we will both know when we can sing and play again.
In clear, empowered conversations, we do not to justify our needs. We do, however need to find what they are. If they are buried under thoughts of, “NO one ever listens, or “My voice doesn’t matter “or “My children never listen”…we will find ourselves desperately shouting our needs…or working to manipulate others to get our needs met without actually asking directly (in order to avoid the pain and shame of being rejected)
Take a big long Divine love filled breath. Your voice matters. Your
quiet, beautiful, strong voice matters.
